Subscription Plans
You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided that less than 30% of the services have been used.

Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Credit/Usage Packages
Credit packs or usage-based services are non-refundable once they’ve been partially or fully used. Please review your plan carefully before making a purchase.

Billing Issues
If you notice any billing discrepancies or unexpected charges, please contact us within 5 days of the transaction. Our team will investigate the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
